The first bilingual theatre community organization in Tennessee, Cazateatro became a 501c3 in August 2014. It was founded with the mission of spreading and sharing the Hispanic culture through performing arts and cultural events to create a uniting bridge for our diverse community, emphasizing the importance of being bilingual and showing the richness of our diverse community. We also seek to introduce the greater Memphis community to the many facets of Latinx art and culture. To do so, we work to attract, entertain, and educate both English-Speaking and Spanish-speaking Memphians of all ages.

We have and will continue to work hard to meet the needs of our English and Spanish speakers. audiences through a strong set of consistent, online, and socially distanced offerings
